Oven Roasted Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, cut into quarters if large, halves if small (number as desired)
    butter, melted
    1 clove garlic (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter and garlic in roasting pan/glass ovenware to cover bottom.
    Add potatoes.
    Cook 1 hour at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Turn to brown.
