Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2 to 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except flour.
Mix well. Gradually add flour.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet and cook 6 to 8 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Top with red crystals while hot.
