Easy Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Spanish Rice-A-Roni, prepared as directed
1 lb. ground beef, browned
4 large or 6 small green peppers, cut off tops and clean out inside, then parboiled
Preparation

Mix cooked rice and ground beef.
Place green peppers in casserole dish and fill with rice mixture.
Fill in casserole with the rest of the mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
