Marinated Crabmeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. white crabmeat
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 medium onion
1 or 2 ribs celery
1 small bell pepper
garlic to taste
Preparation

Combine all and marinate several hours or overnight.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
