Peppers Filled With Meat And Rice(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bell pepper cases, cooked until nearly tender
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. onions, minced
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. celery seed, curry powder, dried herb or Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. Del Monte tomato sauce
Preparation
    Drop the peppers into rapidly boiling, salted water and cook them, uncovered, until nearly tender, about 10 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Fill with desired combination of cooked food.
