Herbed Chicken Thighs With Vegetable-Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

8 chicken thighs (2 1/2 lb.), skinned
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/2 tsp. dried whole rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. shredded zucchini squash
2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Trim excess fat from chicken; place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with thyme, rosemary, basil and pepper.
Pour wine around chicken.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
