Stuffed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pkg. Town House crackers
    1 onion, diced
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish of choice (boneless)
Preparation
    Place fish in casserole dish.
    Mix in bowl the crackers, onion, butter, cheese, garlic salt and salt and pepper; pour over fish.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
