Turkey Cutlets In Sweet And Sour Mint Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 turkey cutlets
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. low salt chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. minced fresh mint or 1 Tbsp. mint flakes
Preparation
    Dredge turkey in flour.
    In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
    Add cutlets and saute 1 1/2 minutes or until juices run clear when pricked with a fork.
    Transfer to a plate. Lower heat.
    Add sugar to skillet and swirl 1 minute until amber. Stir in vinegar and cook 1 minute until sugar is melted.
    Add broth.
    Increase heat to high and cook 2 minutes.
    Lower heat.
    Add mint and turkey.
    Cook 1 minute until turkey is heated through. Serves 4.
