Broccoli Casserole(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. cooked long grain rice
    1/2 c. drained canned, sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (approximately 4 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
    In 3-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients except broccoli and salt.
    Cook, stirring constantly until cheese and margarine are melted.
    Add broccoli and salt; cook, stirring frequently until broccoli is heated, approximately 2 minutes.
    Turn into casserole dish and bake about 30 minutes until mixture is heated and broccoli is tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
