Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix the sugar, salt, eggs, cinnamon, oil and grated carrots. combine the flour and soda and add to the first mixture.
Mix well and gently stir in the raisins.
Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350\u00b0 for 30-40 minutes.
