London Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 pieces chicken
    butter (enough to brown chicken)
    3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter, then brown mushrooms.
    Place chicken in large casserole.
    Mix soup (undiluted and wine).
    Pour over chicken.
    Place mushrooms on top.
    Refrigerate.
    When ready to bake, add a little more wine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
