Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (hen)
    1/2 stalk celery
    1/2 c. salad cubes or homemade pickles
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of sugar
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender; cool and remove from bones.
    Grind or chop chicken.
    Chop celery and pickles.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Make approximately 2 quarts. Serves 25 people.
