Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 No. 2 1/2 can sauerkraut, well-drained
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Combine sauerkraut, green pepper, onion and pimiento. Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
    Stir in oil, mixing well.
    Pour over kraut mixture; toss to mix.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
