Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. shortening
nutmeg to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Mix in same way you work biscuits and make a biscuit and mash it over your cake pan real thin.
Cook until brown at 350\u00b0.
Make 4 layers.
