Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. and 1 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. soda (if not self-rising corn meal)
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    18 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 can creamed corn
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bacon drippings
    4 jalapeno peppers, diced
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain.
    Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, or until cornbread seems done.
