Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    3 c. zucchini, diced
    bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Add milk, water, soup and cheese.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Mix in rice and zucchini.
    Pour into casserole dish, top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
