Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 large cabbage
1/2 green pepper
2 medium carrots
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
celery seed (if desired)
Preparation

Chop together cabbage and green pepper.
Then grate carrots. Stir in vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add celery seed, if desired.
