Five Minute Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups milk
    1 1/2 quarts shredded cabbage
    1 cup cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Heat the milk and cook the cabbage in it for 2 minutes.
    Add the cream, flour, butter, salt and pepper.
    Cook rapidly for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Stir constantly.
    The cabbage will retain its crispness and is delicate in flavor and color.
