"Cool Summer Salad"(Cucumber And Lime Jello Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large crisp cucumber
1 pkg. lime jello
1 c. hot water
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion

Preparation

Blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Peel and grate cucumber into cheese mixture.
Scrape small onion into cheese mixture also and put into jello dissolved in hot water.
Serves 6 to 8.
