Brazil Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shelled Brazil nuts
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
7 eggs, separated
5 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Grind nuts very fine.
Beat egg yellows.
Add sugar and beat. Add
nuts
and
mix.
Beat egg whites and fold into nut mixture. Bake
in
two
layers at 350\u00b0 until done.
Test with toothpick.
