Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichokes
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Cook artichokes until tender.
Beat drained artichokes with an electric mixer until they are in small pieces.
Add cheese, butter and garlic powder.
Mix and serve warm with crackers.
