Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients until the size of small peas or crumbly.
    Add together water, egg and vinegar.
    Stir with fork. Pour over flour mixture.
    Stir until all is moistened.
    Make 5 flat balls or patties.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Roll dough on floured cloth.
