Homesteaders Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

potatoes (as many as desired), mashed
desired amount cottage cheese
6 to 8 sausage links
1 to 2 cans green beans

Preparation

Cover bottom of baking dish with mashed potatoes.
Spread with cottage cheese on top of potatoes (do not mix).
Place sausage on top of cheese, then place green beans on sausages.
Repeat layering process twice (can add extra layers for larger amounts). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
