Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 deep dish 8 or 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add sugar and cream well. Add milk, salt and vanilla.
Mix and spoon in unbaked shell. Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until firm and set in the middle.
