Microwave Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. Watkins vanilla
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. Watkins cinnamon
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. grated raw carrots
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. Watkins vanilla-nut extract
    milk
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well.
    Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; blend into egg mixture.
    Fold in carrots, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch microwave-safe tube pan. Microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.
    Let stand in pan 10 minutes.
    Turn out onto cake plate and let cool completely.
