Ingredients

4 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt
30 to 32 oz. thawed frozen strawberries in juice
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Slowly add sugar and beat until thickened.
Add cream, vanilla and salt.
Mix well. Pour into can of ice cream freezer, add strawberries and milk to fill line, if needed.
Freeze.
Makes 4 quarts.
