Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
salt and pepper
1 can drained sauerkraut (16 oz.)
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Place chicken in greased baking dish and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Place sauerkraut over chicken.
Top with Swiss cheese.
Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serves 4.
