Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Jiffy cornbread
3 chopped tomatoes
1 onion
1 green pepper
10 slices fried bacon
1/2 c. pickle relish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. pickle juice

Preparation

Layer 1:
Mix Jiffy cornbread mix according to directions. Cool and crumble in long Pyrex dish.
