Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. malt vinegar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. almond extract
6 c. torn salad greens
3 medium oranges, peeled, seeded and sectioned
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
Set aside.
Just before serving, combine salad greens and remaining ingredients.
Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
