Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 pkg. herb dressing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and salt in small amount of water until tender.
    Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream and water chestnuts.
    Melt butter or oleo and mix herb dressing together. Put 1/2 of herb dressing in bottom of baking dish.
    Add squash mixture.
    Cover with remaining dressing.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
