Beef Tips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

round steak
salt
pepper
1/2 to 1 stick oleo (lo-cal)
2 onions
2 to 3 thimbles Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 thimbles soy sauce
water (don't cover, add as needed)
Preparation

Cut meat into cubes, oh yeah, remove all fat.
Brown meat. Chop up onions; brown them separately.
Put meat in kettle with liquid and put in oven to cook while you are working on onions. Oh yeah, add a little water.
