Mexican Burgers(Delicious!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Healthy Choice ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green chilies
    1 clove garlic, pressed or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into patties and cook in large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Makes 4 to 6 burgers, depending on size and thickness desired. Serve on lite hamburger buns.
    Recipe makes 6 servings.
    Ultra low-fat.
