Steak And Shrimp Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pound fresh or frozen shelled shrimp
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp cooking oil
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 zucchinis cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
2 fresh ears of corn cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small onion cut into wedges
1 bell pepper, red or green, cut into 1-inch squares
6 cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Thaw shrimp if frozen. In a small saucepan combine ketchup, water, chopped onion, brown sugar, lemon juice, oil, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring once or twice. On 6 skewers thread the steak pieces alternating with shrimp, zucchini, corn, onion wedge, and pepper squares. Grill kabobs over medium to hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes or desired doneness. Turn the kabobs often and brush with sauce. Garnish the end of each of the skewers with a cherry tomato before serving. Makes 6 servings.
