Lemon Nut Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. warm milk
1/2 c. oleo
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat Crisco, oleo and sugar until light and fluffy.
While still beating, slowly add warm milk; continue beating until sugar is well blended.
