Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

Preheat griddle.
Beat egg until light and fluffy; add milk. Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to egg-milk mixture; beat until smooth.
Stir in oleo and fold in blueberries.
Serves 4 to 5.
Try with Blueberry Syrup!
