Copper Pennies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, thinly sliced round
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
1 can tomato soup
1 c. to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation

Boil
carrots just until tender; add other ingredients. Let marinate overnight.
Will keep for several days.
