Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion (medium)
4 c. potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 soup can milk
8 oz. can tomato paste
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
4 to 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place 4 cups sliced potatoes in a greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Spread finely chopped onion over potatoes, salt and pepper lightly.
Prepare sauce by combining soup, milk, tomato paste, oregano, garlic and sugar.
Simmer about 15 minutes.
