Fluffy Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in bowl.
    Stir until smooth batter appears.
    Grease skillet or griddle lightly with oil.
    Heat until a few drops of water sizzles when dropped on surface.
    Pour batter to form pancake on griddle or skillet.
    When batter starts to bubble, flip pancake and brown other side.
    Serve with butter and syrup. Makes about six pancakes.
    Double ingredients for large family.
