Ingredients

2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soft butter
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix cheese, flour, Accent and salt.
Cut in the butter. Sprinkle with water and form dough with fork.
Roll into a log, wrap in wax paper and chill 2 hours.
