Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O and 3 c. boiling water
    1 small can crushed, well drained pineapple (optional)
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1/2 bag miniature colored marshmallows
    1 box French's lemon pudding
    1/2 c. ground walnuts (for topping)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O with boiling water and refrigerate until partially set.
    Take partially set Jell-O and beat about a minute. Then add 1/2 of the Cool Whip and beat, then mix in well drained pineapple.
    Place this mixture in a 13 x 9-inch serving dish. Place marshmallows on top.
