Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 head lettuce
1 medium onion
1 large tomato
2 c. Dorito nacho cheese chips, crushed
1 pkg. taco spice
8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
picante sauce (optional)
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef.
Chop onion, lettuce, tomato and combine with ground beef.
Mix taco spice and Thousand Island dressing.
Add dressing and Cheddar cheese to vegetables and beef mixture.
Before serving, add chips and toss again.
May also use picante sauce.
