Harlequin Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz. each) cans whole Greek chillies, seeded and chopped
    2 (4 1/2 oz. each) cans chopped black olives
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. vegetable or olive oil
    garlic salt and pepper to taste
    1 sweet red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the chopped green chillies with the chopped olives, tomatoes and green onions, the lemon juice, oil, garlic salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl, blending well.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight to heighten the flavors.
    Hollow out a sweet red pepper, if you wish, and fill with the dip.
    Makes 3 cups.
