3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 to 2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation

Top with crushed peppers and Italian seasoning.
Top with sausage, hamburger or pepperoni or whatever you like.
Top with shredded Provolone or Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until crust is brown.
