Garden Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. light mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    6 c. cut-up vegetables (such as red pepper, carrots, celery or green beans)
    lettuce leaves
    1 lb. boneless, skinless grilled or broiled chicken breast, sliced
Preparation
    In small bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients to make dressing.
    In large bowl, toss vegetables with half of salad dressing; arrange on lettuce lined platter.
    Top with chicken and serve with remaining dressing.
