Strawberry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 box vanilla wafers
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 qt. sliced or slightly crushed strawberries
    1 pkg. whipping cream
Preparation
    Crush wafers fine and put more than half in bottom of Pyrex dish.
    Cream butter and mix with sugar.
    Add one egg at a time and beat well.
    Spread over crumbs.
    Cover with strawberries.
    Spread whipped cream over that and then sprinkle wafer crumbs on top of cream.
