Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh rhubarb, cut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. red food coloring
    1 unbaked pie shell
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix the sugar and flour together.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Mix egg, milk and food coloring and add to rhubarb.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Dot with margarine.
    Add a top crust, cut slits on top crust and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes more.
