Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 tsp. yeast (dissolved in 2 tsp. warm water)
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast and buttermilk.
    Knead\tuntil smooth soft dough and roll out; cut. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
