Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/8 c. cooking oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavor
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately one hour or until done. Test with pick.
Serve warm, especially good with cream cheese. You may skip the salt and butter flavoring, but increase the poppy seed to 2 tablespoons.
