Beef-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef in hot fat.
    Add rice, soup, water, salt, celery and green peppers.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole; cover and bake
    1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and serve.
