Oven-Sliced Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, thinly sliced but not peeled
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large shallow greased baking dish, arrange potato slices in layers.
    In small saucepan, melt butter.
    Add onion, salt and pepper.
    Brush potato slices with butter mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until potatoes are crisp and brown.
    Serves 4.
